It was narrated from 'Abdullah bin Dinar, that Ibn 'Umar said: The Messenger of Allah(s.a.w) said: 'When my Ummah walks in a proud march, and its servants are the children of kings, children of Persians and Romans, the evilest of them will be set over the best of them

حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْكِنْدِيُّ الْكُوفِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ حُبَابٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي مُوسَى بْنُ عُبَيْدَةَ، حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ دِينَارٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ إِذَا مَشَتْ أُمَّتِي الْمُطَيْطِيَاءِ وَخَدَمَهَا أَبْنَاءُ الْمُلُوكِ أَبْنَاءُ فَارِسَ وَالرُّومِ سُلِّطَ شِرَارُهَا عَلَى خِيَارِهَا ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَقَدْ رَوَاهُ أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ.

عبداللہ بن عمر رضی الله عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”جب میری امت اکڑ اکڑ کر چلنے لگے اور بادشاہوں کی اولاد یعنی فارس و روم کے بادشاہوں کی اولاد ان کی خدمت کرنے لگے تو اس وقت ان کے برے لوگ ان کے اچھے لوگوں پر مسلط کر دیئے جائیں گے“۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- یہ حدیث غریب ہے، ابومعاویہ نے بھی اسے یحییٰ بن سعید انصاری کے واسطہ سے روایت کیا ہے۔
