Baab Sunnaton Ka Bayan

حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلَانَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ مَنْ سَلَكَ طَرِيقًا يَلْتَمِسُ فِيهِ عِلْمًا سَهَّلَ اللَّهُ لَهُ طَرِيقًا إِلَى الْجَنَّةِ ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ.

Urdu Translation

ابوہریرہ رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”جو علم حاصل کرنے کے ارادہ سے کہیں جائے، تو اللہ اس کے لیے جنت کے راستے کو آسان ( و ہموار ) کر دیتا ہے“ ۱؎۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: یہ حدیث حسن ہے۔

English Translation

Narrated Abu Hurairah: that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Whoever takes a path upon which to obtain knowledge, Allah makes the path to Paradise easy for him.
