حَدَّثَنَا سُوَيْدٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ لَعَنَ اللَّهُ الْوَاصِلَةَ وَالْمُسْتَوْصِلَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْوَاشِمَةَ وَالْمُسْتَوْشِمَةَ ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ نَافِعٌ:‏‏‏‏ الْوَشْمُ فِي اللِّثَةِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَفِي الْبَابِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَمَعْقِلِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأَسْمَاءَ بِنْتِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَحْوَهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ فِيهِ يَحْيَى قَوْلَ نَافِعٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ.

Urdu Translation

عبداللہ بن عمر رضی الله عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ   نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”اللہ کی لعنت ہو بالوں کو جوڑنے والی اور جوڑوانے والی پر اور گودنا گودنے اور گودنا گودوانے والی پر“، نافع کہتے ہیں: گودائی مسوڑھے میں ہوتی ہے ۱؎۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- یہ حدیث حسن صحیح ہے، ۲- اس باب میں عائشہ، معقل بن یسار، اسماء بنت ابی بکر اور ابن عباس رضی الله عنہم سے بھی احادیث آئی ہیں۔ ہم سے محمد بن بشار نے بیان کیا، وہ کہتے ہیں: ہم سے یحییٰ بن سعید نے وہ کہتے ہیں: ہم سے عبیداللہ بن عمر نے نافع سے اور نافع نے ابن عمر کے واسطہ سے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے اسی ( مذکورہ ) روایت کی طرح روایت کی۔ مگر یحییٰ نے اس روایت میں نافع کا قول ذکر نہیں کیا۔

English Translation

Narrated Ibn 'Umar: that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: Allah's curse is upon the woman who lengthens hair and the women who seeks to have her hair lengthened, and the woman who tattoos and the woman who seeks to have her herself tattooed.
