حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ وَلَدِ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ، قَالَتْ:‏‏‏‏ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏لَا أَسْمَعُ اللَّهَ ذَكَرَ النِّسَاءَ فِي الْهِجْرَةِ فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى:‏‏‏‏ أَنِّي لا أُضِيعُ عَمَلَ عَامِلٍ مِنْكُمْ مِنْ ذَكَرٍ أَوْ أُنْثَى بَعْضُكُمْ مِنْ بَعْضٍ سورة آل عمران آية 195 .

Urdu Translation

ام المؤمنین ام سلمہ رضی الله عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ   اللہ کے رسول! میں عورتوں کی ہجرت کا ذکر کلام پاک میں نہیں سنتی، تو اللہ تعالیٰ نے آیت «أني لا أضيع عمل عامل منكم من ذكر أو أنثى بعضكم من بعض» ۱؎ نازل فرمائی۔

English Translation

Narrated 'Amr bin Dinar: from a man among the children of Umm Salamah, from Umm Salamah that she said: O Messenger of Allah! I have not heard Allah mentioning anything about women and emigration. So Allah, Blessed and Most High, revealed: Never will I allow to be lost the work of any of you, be he male or female. You are members one of another (3:195).
