حَدَّثَنَا حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَبِي زِيَادٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْأُوَيْسِيُّ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ بِلَالٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّ هَذِهِ الْآيَةَ:‏‏‏‏ تَتَجَافَى جُنُوبُهُمْ عَنِ الْمَضَاجِعِ سورة السجدة آية 16 نَزَلَتْ فِي انْتِظَارِ الصَّلَاةِ الَّتِي تُدْعَى الْعَتَمَةَ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ غَرِيبٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏لَا نَعْرِفُهُ إِلَّا مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ.

Urdu Translation

انس بن مالک رضی الله عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ   یہ آیت «تتجافى جنوبهم عن المضاجع» ”ان کے پہلو خواب گاہوں سے جدا رہتے ہیں“ ( السجدۃ: ۱۶ ) ، اس نماز کا انتظار کرنے والوں کے حق میں اتری ہے جسے رات کی پہلی تہائی کی نماز کہتے ہیں، یعنی نماز عشاء ۱؎۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: یہ حدیث حسن صحیح غریب ہے، اس حدیث کو ہم صرف اسی سند سے جانتے ہیں۔

English Translation

Anas bin Malik said about this Ayah: Their sides forsake their beds (32:16) - It was revealed about waiting for [this] Salat which you call Al-'Atamah.
