حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ لِكُلِّ نَبِيٍّ دَعْوَةٌ مُسْتَجَابَةٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَإِنِّي اخْتَبَأْتُ دَعْوَتِي شَفَاعَةً لِأُمَّتِي، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَهِيَ نَائِلَةٌ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ مَنْ مَاتَ مِنْهُمْ لَا يُشْرِكُ بِاللَّهِ شَيْئًا . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ.

Urdu Translation

ابوہریرہ رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”ہر نبی کی ایک دعا مقبول ہوتی ہے اور میں نے اپنی دعا اپنی امت کی شفاعت کے لیے محفوظ کر رکھی ہے، اس دعا کا فائدہ ان شاءاللہ امت کے ہر اس شخص کو حاصل ہو گا جس نے مرنے سے پہلے اللہ کے ساتھ کچھ بھی شرک نہ کیا ہو گا“ ۱؎۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: یہ حدیث حسن صحیح ہے۔

English Translation

Abu Hurairah narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “Every Prophet has a (special) supplication which is answered. Verily, I have reserved mine as intercession for my nation, and it shall reach, if Allah wills, those of them who die, not associating anything with Allah.”
