Narrated Ibn 'Umar: that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: If you see those who abuse my Companions, then say: 'May Allah's curse be upon the worst of you.'

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ نَافِعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا النَّضْرُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سَيْفُ بْنُ عُمَرَ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ إِذَا رَأَيْتُمُ الَّذِينَ يَسُبُّونَ أَصْحَابِي فَقُولُوا:‏‏‏‏ لَعْنَةُ اللَّهِ عَلَى شَرِّكُمْ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ مُنْكَرٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏لَا نَعْرِفُهُ مِنْ حَدِيثِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ إِلَّا مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالنَّضْرُ مَجْهُولٌ،‏‏‏‏ وَسَيْفٌ مَجْهُولٌ.

عبداللہ بن عمر رضی الله عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”جب تم ایسے لوگوں کو دیکھو جو میرے اصحاب کو برا بھلا کہتے ہوں تو کہو: اللہ کی لعنت ہو تمہارے شر پر“۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: یہ حدیث منکر ہے، ہم اسے عبیداللہ بن عمر ( عمری ) کی روایت سے صرف اسی سند سے جانتے ہیں اور نضر اور سیف دونوں مجہول راوی ہیں۔
