حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ، قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ أَخْبَرَنِي أَشْعَثُ، عَنْ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّاءِ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمُهَلَّبِ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَلَّى بِهِمْ فَسَهَا فَسَجَدَ سَجْدَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ تَشَهَّدَ ثُمَّ سَلَّمَ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَرَوَى مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سِيرِينَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي الْمُهَلَّبِ وَهُوَ عَمُّ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ غَيْرَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَرَوَى مُحَمَّدٌ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّاءِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي الْمُهَلَّبِ،‏‏‏‏ وَأَبُو الْمُهَلَّبِ اسْمُهُ:‏‏‏‏ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَمْرٍوَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَيُقَالُ أَيْضًا:‏‏‏‏ مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ عَمْرٍوَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَقَدْ رَوَى عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ الثَّقَفِيُّ،‏‏‏‏ وَهُشَيْمٌ وَغَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّاءِ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ بِطُولِهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَهُوَ حَدِيثُ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سَلَّمَ فِي ثَلَاثِ رَكَعَاتٍ مِنَ الْعَصْرِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَامَ رَجُلٌ يُقَالُ لَهُ الْخِرْبَاقُ وَاخْتَلَفَ أَهْلُ الْعِلْمِ فِي التَّشَهُّدِ فِي سَجْدَتَيِ السَّهْوِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَالَ بَعْضُهُمْ:‏‏‏‏ يَتَشَهَّدُ فِيهِمَا وَيُسَلِّمُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وقَالَ بَعْضُهُمْ:‏‏‏‏ لَيْسَ فِيهِمَا تَشَهُّدٌ وَتَسْلِيمٌ وَإِذَا سَجَدَهُمَا قَبْلَ السَّلَامِ لَمْ يَتَشَهَّدْ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَهُوَ قَوْلُ:‏‏‏‏ أَحْمَدَ،‏‏‏‏ وَإِسْحَاق، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَا:‏‏‏‏ إِذَا سَجَدَ سَجْدَتَيِ السَّهْوِ قَبْلَ السَّلَامِ لَمْ يَتَشَهَّدْ.

Urdu Translation

عمران بن حصین رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے انہیں نماز پڑھائی آپ سے سہو ہو گیا، تو آپ نے دو سجدے کئے پھر تشہد پڑھا، پھر سلام پھیرا۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- یہ حدیث حسن غریب ہے، ۲- عبد الوھاب ثقفی، ھشیم اور ان کے علاوہ کئی اور لوگوں نے بطریق: «خالد الحذاء عن أبي قلابة» یہ حدیث ذرا لمبے سیاق کے ساتھ روایت کی ہے، اور وہ یہی عمران بن حصین رضی الله عنہ کی حدیث ہے کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے عصر میں صرف تین ہی رکعت پڑھ کر سلام پھیر دیا تو ایک آدمی اٹھا جسے «خرباق» کہا جاتا تھا ( اور اس نے پوچھا: کیا نماز میں کمی کر دی گئی ہے، یا آپ بھول گئے ہیں ) ۳- سجدہ سہو کے تشہد کے سلسلہ میں اہل علم کے مابین اختلاف ہے۔ بعض کہتے ہیں کہ سجدہ سہو کے بعد تشہد پڑھے گا اور سلام پھیرے گا۔ اور بعض کہتے کہ سجدہ سہو میں تشہد اور سلام نہیں ہے اور جب سلام سے پہلے سجدہ سہو کرے تو تشہد نہ پڑھے، یہی احمد اور اسحاق بن راہویہ کا قول ہے کہ جب سلام سے پہلے سجدہ سہو کرے تو تشہد نہ پڑھے ( اختلاف تو سلام کے بعد میں ہے ) ۔

English Translation

Abu Al-Muhallab narrated from Imran bin Husain that : the Prophet (S) led them in Salat he forgot (something) so he performed two prostrations, then the Tashah-hud, then the Salam.
