حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدَةَ الضَّبِّيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ قُدَامَةَ بْنِ مُوسَى، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحُصَيْنِ، عَنْ أَبِي عَلْقَمَةَ، عَنْ يَسَارٍ مَوْلَى ابْنِ عُمَرَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ لَا صَلَاةَ بَعْدَ الْفَجْرِ إِلَّا سَجْدَتَيْنِ وَمَعْنَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ إِنَّمَا يَقُولُ:‏‏‏‏ لَا صَلَاةَ بَعْدَ طُلُوعِ الْفَجْرِ إِلَّا رَكْعَتَيِ الْفَجْرِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَحَفْصَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ حَدِيثُ ابْنِ عُمَرَ حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏لَا نَعْرِفُهُ إِلَّا مِنْ حَدِيثِ قُدَامَةَ بْنِ مُوسَى، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَرَوَى عَنْهُ غَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَهُوَ مَا اجْتَمَعَ عَلَيْهِ أَهْلُ الْعِلْمِ كَرِهُوا أَنْ يُصَلِّيَ الرَّجُلُ بَعْدَ طُلُوعِ الْفَجْرِ إِلَّا رَكْعَتَيِ الْفَجْرِ.

Urdu Translation

عبداللہ بن عمر رضی الله عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ   رسول اللہ صلی الله علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”طلوع فجر کے بعد سوائے دو رکعت ( سنت فجر ) کے کوئی نماز نہیں“۔ اس حدیث کا مطلب یہ ہے کہ طلوع فجر کے بعد ( فرض سے پہلے ) سوائے دو رکعت سنت کے اور کوئی نماز نہیں۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- ابن عمر کی حدیث غریب ہے، اسے ہم صرف قدامہ بن موسیٰ ہی کے طریق سے جانتے ہیں اور ان سے کئی لوگوں نے روایت کی ہے، ۲- اس باب میں عبداللہ بن عمرو اور حفصہ رضی الله عنہم سے احادیث آئی ہیں، ۳- اور یہی قول ہے جس پر اہل علم کا اجماع ہے: انہوں نے طلوع فجر کے بعد ( فرض سے پہلے ) سوائے فجر کی دونوں سنتوں کے کوئی اور نماز پڑھنے کو مکروہ قرار دیا ہے ۱؎۔

English Translation

Ibn Umar narrated that: Allah's Messenger (S) said: There is no Salat after Al-Fajr (begins) except two prostrations.
