حَدَّثَنَا عُقْبَةُ بْنُ مُكْرَمٍ الْعَمِّيُّ الْبَصْرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَاصِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ النَّضْرِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ بَشِيرِ بْنِ نَهِيكٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ مَنْ لَمْ يُصَلِّ رَكْعَتَيِ الْفَجْرِ فَلْيُصَلِّهِمَا بَعْدَ مَا تَطْلُعُ الشَّمْسُ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ لَا نَعْرِفُهُ إِلَّا مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَقَدْ رُوِيَ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّهُ فَعَلَهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ بَعْضِ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَبِهِ يَقُولُ:‏‏‏‏ سفيان الثوري،‏‏‏‏ وَابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ،‏‏‏‏ وَالشَّافِعِيُّ،‏‏‏‏ وَأَحْمَدُ،‏‏‏‏ وَإِسْحَاق، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ وَلَا نَعْلَمُ أَحَدًا رَوَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ عَنْ هَمَّامٍ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ نَحْوَ هَذَا إِلَّا عَمْرَو بْنَ عَاصِمٍ الْكِلَابِيَّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْمَعْرُوفُ مِنْ حَدِيثِ قَتَادَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ النَّضْرِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ بَشِيرِ بْنِ نَهِيكٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ مَنْ أَدْرَكَ رَكْعَةً مِنْ صَلَاةِ الصُّبْحِ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ فَقَدْ أَدْرَكَ الصُّبْحَ.

Urdu Translation

ابوہریرہ رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”جو فجر کی دونوں سنتیں نہ پڑھ سکے تو انہیں سورج نکلنے کے بعد پڑھ لے“ ۱؎۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- یہ حدیث ہم صرف اسی سند سے جانتے ہیں، ۲- ابن عمر سے یہ بھی روایت کی گئی ہے کہ انہوں نے ایسا کیا ہے، ۳- بعض اہل علم کا اسی پر عمل ہے، سفیان ثوری، ابن مبارک، شافعی، احمد اور اسحاق بن راہویہ بھی اسی کے قائل ہیں، ۴- ہم کسی ایسے شخص کو نہیں جانتے جس نے ھمام سے یہ حدیث اس سند سے اس طرح روایت کی ہو سوائے عمرو بن عاصم کلابی کے۔ اور بطریق: «قتادة عن النضر بن أنس عن بشير بن نهيك عن أبي هريرة عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم» مشہور یہ ہے کہ آپ نے فرمایا: ”جس نے فجر کی ایک رکعت بھی سورج طلوع ہونے سے پہلے پالی تو اس نے فجر پالی۔“

English Translation

Abu Hurairah narrated that: Allah's Messenger (S) said: Whoever did not pray the two Rak'ah (before) Fajr then let him pray them after the sun has risen.
