حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ الْعَتَكِيُّ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّاءِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ شَقِيقٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ إِذَا لَمْ يُصَلِّ أَرْبَعًا قَبْلَ الظُّهْرِ صَلَّاهُنَّ بَعْدَهُ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏إِنَّمَا نَعْرِفُهُ مِنْ حَدِيثِ ابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَقَدْ رَوَاهُ قَيْسُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّاءِ نَحْوَ هَذَا وَلَا نَعْلَمُ أَحَدًا رَوَاهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ شُعْبَةَ غَيْرَ قَيْسِ بْنِ الرَّبِيعِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَقَدْ رُوِيَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَحْوُ هَذَا.

Urdu Translation

ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی الله عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ   نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم جب ظہر سے پہلے چار رکعتیں نہ پڑھ پاتے تو انہیں آپ اس کے بعد پڑھتے ۱؎۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- یہ حدیث حسن غریب ہے، ۲- ہم اسے ابن مبارک کی حدیث سے صرف اسی سند سے جانتے ہیں۔ اور اسے قیس بن ربیع نے شعبہ سے اور شعبہ نے خالد الحذاء سے اسی طرح روایت کیا ہے۔ اور ہم قیس بن ربیع کے علاوہ کسی اور کو نہیں جانتے جس نے شعبہ سے روایت کی ہو، ۳- بطریق: «عبدالرحمٰن بن أبي ليلى عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم» بھی اسی طرح ( مرسلاً ) مروی ہے۔

English Translation

Aishah narrated: When the Prophet (S) would not perform the four Rak'ah before Az-Zuhr he would pray them after it.
