حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الْمُحَارِبِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ ثَلَاثٌ لَا يُفْطِرْنَ:‏‏‏‏ الصَّائِمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏الْحِجَامَةُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْقَيْءُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالِاحْتِلَامُ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ حَدِيثُ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ حَدِيثٌ غَيْرُ مَحْفُوظٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَقَدْ رَوَى عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَعَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَغَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ مُرْسَلًا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَلَمْ يَذْكُرُوا فِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ يُضَعَّفُ فِي الْحَدِيثِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ سَمِعْت أَبَا دَاوُدَ السِّجْزِيَّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏يَقُولُ:‏‏‏‏ سَأَلْتُ أَحْمَدَ بْنَ حَنْبَلٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَالَ:‏‏‏‏ أَخُوهُ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ زَيْدٍ لَا بَأْسَ بِهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ وسَمِعْت مُحَمَّدًا يَذْكُرُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْمَدِينِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ ثِقَةٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ ضَعِيفٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ مُحَمَّدٌ:‏‏‏‏ وَلَا أَرْوِي عَنْهُ شَيْئًا.

Urdu Translation

ابو سعید خدری رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”تین چیزوں سے روزہ دار کا روزہ نہیں ٹوٹتا: پچھنا لگوانے سے ۱؎، قے آ جانے سے اور احتلام ہو جانے سے“۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- ابو سعید خدری رضی الله عنہ کی حدیث محفوظ نہیں ہے، ۲- عبداللہ بن زید بن اسلم اور عبدالعزیز بن محمد اور دیگر کئی رواۃ نے یہ حدیث زید بن اسلم سے مرسلاً روایت کی ہے۔ اور اس میں ان لوگوں نے ابو سعید خدری کے واسطے کا ذکر نہیں کیا ہے، ۳- عبدالرحمٰن بن زید بن اسلم حدیث میں ضعیف مانے جاتے ہیں، ۴- میں نے ابوداؤد سجزی کو کہتے سنا کہ میں نے احمد بن حنبل سے عبدالرحمٰن بن زید بن اسلم کے بارے میں پوچھا؟ تو انہوں نے کہا: ان کے بھائی عبداللہ بن زید بن اسلم میں کوئی حرج نہیں، ۴- اور میں نے محمد بن اسماعیل بخاری سے سنا کہ علی بن عبداللہ المدینی نے عبداللہ بن زید بن اسلم ثقہ ہیں اور عبدالرحمٰن بن زید بن اسلم ضعیف ہیں ۲؎ محمد بن اسماعیل بخاری کہتے ہیں: میں ان سے کچھ روایت نہیں کرتا۔

English Translation

Abu Sa'eed Al-Khudri narrated that: the Messenger of Allah said: Three things do not break the fast of the fasting person: Cupping, vomiting, and the wet dream.
