حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ الْعَقَدِيُّ الْبَصْرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ بْنُ وَاقِدٍ الْكُوفِيُّ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ مَنْ نَزَلَ عَلَى قَوْمٍ فَلَا يَصُومَنَّ تَطَوُّعًا إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِمْ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ مُنْكَرٌ لَا نَعْرِفُ أَحَدًا مِنَ الثِّقَاتِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏رَوَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ. وَقَدْ رَوَى مُوسَى بْنُ دَاوُدَ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرٍ الْمَدَنِيِّ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَحْوًا مِنْ هَذَا. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ وَهَذَا حَدِيثٌ ضَعِيفٌ أَيْضًا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ ضَعِيفٌ عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْحَدِيثِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ الْمَدَنِيُّ الَّذِي رَوَى عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ اسْمُهُ:‏‏‏‏ الْفَضْلُ بْنُ مُبَشِّرٍ وَهُوَ أَوْثَقُ مِنْ هَذَا وَأَقْدَمُ.

Urdu Translation

ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی الله عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”جو کسی جماعت کے ہاں اترے یعنی ان کا مہمان ہو تو ان کی اجازت کے بغیر نفلی روزے نہ رکھے“۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- یہ حدیث منکر ہے، ۲- ہم ثقات میں سے کسی کو نہیں جانتے جس نے یہ حدیث ہشام بن عروہ سے روایت کی ہو، ۳- موسیٰ بن داود نے یہ حدیث بطریق: «أبي بكر المدني عن هشام بن عروة عن أبيه عن عائشة عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم» اسی طرح روایت کی ہے، ۴- یہ حدیث بھی ضعیف ہے، ابوبکر اہل الحدیث کے نزدیک ضعیف ہیں، اور ابوبکر مدنی جو جابر بن عبداللہ سے روایت کرتے ہیں، ان کا نام فضل بن مبشر ہے، وہ ان سے زیادہ ثقہ اور ان سے پہلے کے ہیں ۱؎۔

English Translation

Aishah narrated that: The Messenger of Allah said: Whoever stays with a people, then he is not to fast without their permission.
