حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ بُكَيْرِ بْنِ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَعْمَرَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَحْوَهُ بِمَعْنَاهُ. وقَالَ ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ:‏‏‏‏ وَهَذَا أَجْوَدُ حَدِيثٍ رَوَاهُ سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى حَدِيثِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَعْمَرَ عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَغَيْرِهِمْ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنَّهُ مَنْ لَمْ يَقِفْ بِعَرَفَاتٍ قَبْلَ طُلُوعِ الْفَجْرِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَدْ فَاتَهُ الْحَجُّ وَلَا يُجْزِئُ عَنْهُ إِنْ جَاءَ بَعْدَ طُلُوعِ الْفَجْرِ وَيَجْعَلُهَا عُمْرَةً وَعَلَيْهِ الْحَجُّ مِنْ قَابِلٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَهُوَ قَوْلُ الثَّوْرِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالشَّافِعِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأَحْمَدَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَإِسْحَاق. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ وَقَدْ رَوَى شُعْبَةُ عَنْ بُكَيْرِ بْنِ عَطَاءٍ نَحْوَ حَدِيثِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ وسَمِعْت الْجَارُودَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏يَقُولُ:‏‏‏‏ سَمِعْتُ وَكِيعًا أَنَّهُ ذَكَرَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَالَ:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ أُمُّ الْمَنَاسِكِ.

Urdu Translation

۸۹۰- ابن ابی عمر نے بسند سفیان بن عیینہ عن سفیان الثوری عن بکیر بن عطاء عن عبدالرحمٰن بن یعمر عن النبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اسی طرح اسی معنی کی حدیث روایت کی ہے۔ ابن ابی عمر کہتے ہیں: قال سفیان بن عیینہ، اور یہ سب سے اچھی حدیث ہے جسے سفیان ثوری نے روا  ابن ابی عمر نے بسند «سفيان الثوري عن بكير بن عطاء عن عبدالرحمٰن بن يعمر عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم» اسی طرح اسی معنی کی حدیث روایت کی ہے۔ ابن ابی عمر کہتے ہیں: «قال سفيان بن عيينة»،‏‏‏‏ اور یہ سب سے اچھی حدیث ہے جسے سفیان ثوری نے روایت کی ہے۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- شعبہ نے بھی بکیر بن عطا سے ثوری ہی کی طرح روایت کی ہے، ۲- وکیع نے اس حدیث کا ذکر کیا تو کہا کہ یہ حدیث حج کے سلسلہ میں ”ام المناسک“ کی حیثیت رکھتی ہے، ۳- صحابہ کرام میں سے اہل علم کا عمل عبدالرحمٰن بن یعمر کی حدیث پر ہے کہ ”جو طلوع فجر سے پہلے عرفات میں نہیں ٹھہرا، اس کا حج فوت ہو گیا، اور اگر وہ طلوع فجر کے بعد آئے تو یہ اسے کافی نہیں ہو گا۔ اسے عمرہ بنا لے اور اگلے سال حج کرے“، یہ ثوری، شافعی، احمد اور اسحاق بن راہویہ کا قول ہے۔
