Baab Giri Pari Gumshida Chezon Se Mutaliq Masail

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا بْنِ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ، أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَجَّاجُ، عَنْ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَمَى الْجَمْرَةَ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ رَاكِبًا . قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ جَابِرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَقُدَامَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأُمِّ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْأَحْوَصِ. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ حَدِيثُ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ بَعْضِ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَاخْتَارَ بَعْضُهُمْ أَنْ يَمْشِيَ إِلَى الْجِمَارِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَقَدْ رُوِيَ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَمْشِي إِلَى الْجِمَارِ وَوَجْهُ هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ عِنْدَنَا أَنَّهُ رَكِبَ فِي بَعْضِ الْأَيَّامِ لِيُقْتَدَى بِهِ فِي فِعْلِهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَكِلَا الْحَدِيثَيْنِ مُسْتَعْمَلٌ عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ

Urdu Translation

عبداللہ بن عباس رضی الله عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ   نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے دسویں ذی الحجہ کو جمرہ کی رمی سواری پر کی۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- ابن عباس رضی الله عنہما کی حدیث حسن ہے، ۲- اس باب میں جابر، قدامہ بن عبداللہ، اور سلیمان بن عمرو بن احوص کی ماں ( رضی الله عنہم ) سے بھی احادیث آئی ہیں، ۳- بعض اہل علم کا اسی پر عمل ہے، ۴- بعض نے یہ پسند کیا ہے کہ وہ جمرات تک پیدل چل کر جائیں، ۵- ابن عمر سے مروی ہے، انہوں نے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے روایت کی ہے کہ آپ جمرات تک پیدل چل کر جاتے، ۶- ہمارے نزدیک اس حدیث کی توجیہ یہ ہے کہ آپ نے کبھی کبھار سواری پر رمی اس لیے کی تاکہ آپ کے اس فعل کی بھی لوگ پیروی کریں۔ اور دونوں ہی حدیثوں پر اہل علم کا عمل ہے۔

English Translation

Ibn Abbas narrated: The Prophet stoned the Jamrah on the Day of An-Nahr while riding.
