حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ نَحَرْنَا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَامَ الْحُدَيْبِيَةِ الْبَقَرَةَ عَنْ سَبْعَةٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْبَدَنَةَ عَنْ سَبْعَةٍ . قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَعَائِشَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ حَدِيثُ جَابِرٍ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَغَيْرِهِمْ يَرَوْنَ الْجَزُورَ عَنْ سَبْعَةٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْبَقَرَةَ عَنْ سَبْعَةٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَهُوَ قَوْلُ سُفْيَانَ الثَّوْرِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالشَّافِعِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأَحْمَدَ وَرُوِي، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّ الْبَقَرَةَ عَنْ سَبْعَةٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْجَزُورَ عَنْ عَشَرَةٍ . وَهُوَ قَوْلُ إِسْحَاق، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَاحْتَجَّ بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَحَدِيثُ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ إِنَّمَا نَعْرِفُهُ مِنْ وَجْهٍ وَاحِدٍ.

Urdu Translation

جابر رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   حدیبیہ کے سال ہم نے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ گائے اور اونٹ کو سات سات آدمیوں کی جانب سے نحر ( ذبح ) کیا۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- جابر رضی الله عنہ کی حدیث حسن صحیح ہے، ۲- اس باب میں ابن عمر، ابوہریرہ، عائشہ اور ابن عباس رضی الله عنہم سے بھی احادیث آئی ہیں، ۳- اور صحابہ کرام وغیرہم میں سے اہل علم کا اسی پر عمل ہے، وہ کہتے ہیں کہ اونٹ سات لوگوں کی طرف سے اور گائے سات لوگوں کی طرف سے ہو گی۔ اور یہی سفیان ثوری، شافعی اور احمد کا قول ہے، ۴- ابن عباس رضی الله عنہما نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ گائے سات لوگوں کی طرف سے اور اونٹ دس لوگوں کی طرف سے کافی ہو گا ۱؎۔ یہ اسحاق بن راہویہ کا قول ہے۔ اور انہوں نے اسی حدیث سے دلیل لی ہے۔ ابن عباس کی حدیث کو ہم صرف ایک ہی طریق سے جانتے ہیں ( ملاحظہ ہو آنے والی حدیث: ۹۰۵ )

English Translation

Jabir narrated: We slaughtered with the Messenger of Allah during the year of Al-Hudaibiyah: a cow for seven, and a Badanah for seven.
