Baab Giri Pari Gumshida Chezon Se Mutaliq Masail

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ الْأَسْوَدِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ:‏‏‏‏ كُنْتُ أَفْتِلُ قَلَائِدَ هَدْيِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كُلَّهَا غَنَمًا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏ثُمَّ لَا يُحْرِمُ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ بَعْضِ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَغَيْرِهِمْ يَرَوْنَ تَقْلِيدَ الْغَنَمِ.

Urdu Translation

ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی الله عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی ہدی کی بکریوں کے سارے قلادے ( پٹے ) میں ہی بٹتی تھی ۱؎ پھر آپ احرام نہ باندھتے ( حلال ہی رہتے تھے ) ۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- یہ حدیث حسن صحیح ہے، ۲- صحابہ کرام وغیرہ میں سے بعض اہل علم کے نزدیک اسی پر عمل ہے، وہ بکریوں کے قلادہ پہنانے کے قائل ہیں۔

English Translation

Aishah narrated: I twisted the garlands for all of the Hadi of the Messenger of Allah, which were sheep, then he did not assume Ihram.
