حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، وَعَائِشَةَ، أن النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَخَّرَ طَوَافَ الزِّيَارَةِ إِلَى اللَّيْلِ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَقَدْ رَخَّصَ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ فِي أَنْ يُؤَخَّرَ طَوَافُ الزِّيَارَةِ إِلَى اللَّيْلِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَاسْتَحَبَّ بَعْضُهُمْ أَنْ يَزُورَ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَوَسَّعَ بَعْضُهُمْ أَنْ يُؤَخَّرَ وَلَوْ إِلَى آخِرِ أَيَّامِ مِنًى

Urdu Translation

عبداللہ بن عباس رضی الله عنہما اور ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی الله عنہا سے روایت ہے کہ   نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے طواف زیارت کو رات تک مؤخر کیا ۱؎۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- یہ حدیث حسن صحیح ہے ۲؎، ۲- بعض اہل علم نے طواف زیارت کو رات تک مؤخر کرنے کی اجازت دی ہے۔ اور بعض نے دسویں ذی الحجہ کو طواف زیارت کرنے کو مستحب قرار دیا ہے، لیکن بعض نے اُسے منیٰ کے آخری دن تک مؤخر کرنے کی گنجائش رکھی ہے۔

English Translation

Aishah narrated: The Prophet delayed the visiting Tawaf until the night.
