Baab Giri Pari Gumshida Chezon Se Mutaliq Masail

حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا قَزَعَةُ بْنُ سُوَيْدٍ الْبَاهِلِيُّ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَحْوَهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏يَعْنِى حَدِيثَ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ طَرِيفٍ. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ وَقَدْ رُوِيَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مُرْسَلًا.

Urdu Translation

اس سند سے بھی   جابر بن عبداللہ رضی الله عنہما نے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے اسی طرح روایت کی ہے۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- یہ محمد بن منکدر سے بھی روایت کی گئی ہے انہوں نے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے مرسلاً روایت کی ہے، ۲- اہل علم کا اس پر اجماع ہے کہ بچہ جب بالغ ہونے سے پہلے حج کر لے تو ( اس کا فریضہ ساقط نہیں ہو گا ) جب وہ بالغ ہو جائے گا تو اس کے ذمہ حج ہو گا، کم سنی کا یہ حج اسلام کے عائد کردہ فریضہ حج کے لیے کافی نہیں ہو گا۔ اسی طرح غلام کا معاملہ ہے، اگر وہ غلامی میں حج کر چکا ہو پھر آزاد کر دیا جائے تو آزادی کی حالت میں اس پر حج فرض ہو گا جب وہ اس کی سبیل پا لے، غلامی کی حالت میں کیا ہوا حج کافی نہیں ہو گا۔ سفیان ثوری، شافعی، احمد اور اسحاق بن راہویہ کا بھی یہی قول ہے۔

English Translation

As-Sa'ib bin Yazid narrated: My father took me for Hajj with the Messenger of Allah during the Farewell Hajj, and I was seven years old.
