Baab Giri Pari Gumshida Chezon Se Mutaliq Masail

حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ كُنَّا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي سَفَرٍ فَرَأَى رَجُلًا قَدْ سَقَطَ مِنْ بَعِيرِهِ فَوُقِصَ فَمَاتَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ اغْسِلُوهُ بِمَاءٍ وَسِدْرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَكَفِّنُوهُ فِي ثَوْبَيْهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَلَا تُخَمِّرُوا رَأْسَهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَإِنَّهُ يُبْعَثُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ يُهِلُّ أَوْ يُلَبِّي . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ بَعْضِ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَهُوَ قَوْلُ:‏‏‏‏ سُفْيَانَ الثَّوْرِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالشَّافِعِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأَحْمَدَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَإِسْحَاق، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وقَالَ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ:‏‏‏‏ إِذَا مَاتَ الْمُحْرِمُ انْقَطَعَ إِحْرَامُهُ وَيُصْنَعُ بِهِ كَمَا يُصْنَعُ بِغَيْرِ الْمُحْرِمِ.

Urdu Translation

عبداللہ بن عباس رضی الله عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ   ہم لوگ ایک سفر میں نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ تھے، آپ نے دیکھا کہ ایک شخص اپنے اونٹ سے گر پڑا، اس کی گردن ٹوٹ گئی اور وہ مر گیا وہ محرم تھا، تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”اسے پانی اور بیری کے پتوں سے غسل دو اور اسے اس کے انہی ( احرام کے ) دونوں کپڑوں میں کفناؤ اور اس کا سر نہ چھپاؤ، اس لیے کہ وہ قیامت کے دن تلبیہ پکارتا ہوا اٹھایا جائے گا“۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- یہ حدیث حسن صحیح ہے، ۲- بعض اہل علم کا اسی پر عمل ہے۔ یہی سفیان ثوری، شافعی، احمد اور اسحاق بن راہویہ کا بھی قول ہے، ۳- بعض اہل علم کہتے ہیں کہ جب محرم مر جاتا ہے تو اس کا احرام ختم ہو جاتا ہے، اور اس کے ساتھ بھی وہی سب کچھ کیا جائے گا جو غیر محرم کے ساتھ کیا جاتا ہے ۱؎۔

English Translation

Ibn Abbas narrated: We were with the Messenger of Allah on a journey when he saw a man fall from his camel, his neck was broken and he died, and he was a Muhrim. So the Messenger of Allah said: 'Wash him with water and Sidr, and shroud him in his garments, and do not cover his head. For indeed he will be resurrected on the Day of Judgment saying the Talbiyah.'
