Baab Giri Pari Gumshida Chezon Se Mutaliq Masail

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الصَّمَدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْوَارِثِ، قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمُ بْنُ حَيَّانَ، قَال:‏‏‏‏ سَمِعْتُ مَرْوَانَ الْأَصْفَرَ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، أَنّ عَلِيًّا قَدِمَ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ الْيَمَنِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَالَ:‏‏‏‏ بِمَ أَهْلَلْتَ ؟ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ أَهْلَلْتُ بِمَا أَهَلَّ بِهِ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ لَوْلَا أَنَّ مَعِي هَدْيًا لَأَحْلَلْتُ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ غَرِيبٌ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ.

Urdu Translation

انس بن مالک رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   علی رضی الله عنہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس یمن سے آئے تو آپ نے پوچھا: ”تم نے کیا تلبیہ پکارا، اور کون سا احرام باندھا ہے؟“ انہوں نے عرض کیا: میں نے وہی تلبیہ پکارا، اور اسی کا احرام باندھا ہے جس کا تلبیہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے پکارا، اور جو احرام رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے باندھا ہے ۱؎ آپ نے فرمایا: ”اگر میرے ساتھ ہدی کے جانور نہ ہوتے تو میں احرام کھول دیتا“ ۲؎، امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: یہ حدیث اس سند سے حسن صحیح غریب ہے۔

English Translation

Anas bin Malik narrated: When Ali returned to the Messenger of Allah from Yemen he said: 'For what did you intended the Talbiyah?' He replied: 'I intended the Talbiyah for what the Messenger of Allah announced it.' So he (pbuh) said: 'If I did not have the Hadi with me then I would exit Ihram.'
