Baab Khareed O Farookht Ke Masail Ka Bayan

قَالَ : وَحَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا ، قَالَ : نَهَى النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يُبَاعَ الطَّعَامُ إِذَا اشْتَرَاهُ حَتَّى يَسْتَوْفِيَهُ .

Urdu Translation

کہا کہ ہم سے ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے یہ بھی بیان کیا کہ   نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے پوری طرح اپنے قبضہ میں کرنے سے پہلے اسے بیچنے سے منع فرمایا۔

English Translation

Ibn `Umar said, 'The Prophet also forbade the reselling of foodstuff by somebody who had bought it unless he had received it with exact full measure.'
