Baab Jihad Ka Bayan

حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ مُحَارِبِ بْنِ دِثَارٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا ، قَالَ : كُنْتُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي سَفَرٍ فَلَمَّا قَدِمْنَا الْمَدِينَةَ ، قَالَ لِي : ادْخُلِ الْمَسْجِدَ فَصَلِّ رَكْعَتَيْنِ .

Urdu Translation

ہم سے سلیمان بن حرب نے بیان کیا ‘ انہوں نے کہا ہم سے شعبہ نے بیان کیا ‘ ان سے محارب بن دثار نے بیان کیا ‘ انہوں نے کہا کہ میں نے جابر بن عبداللہ انصاری رضی اللہ عنہما سے سنا ‘ انہوں نے بیان کیا کہ   میں نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ ایک سفر میں تھا۔ جب ہم مدینہ پہنچے تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ پہلے مسجد میں جا اور دو رکعت ( نفل ) نماز پڑھ۔

English Translation

Narrated Jabir bin `Abdullah: I was on a journey in the company of the Prophet and when we reached Medina, he said to me, Enter the Mosque and offer two rak`at.
