Baab Khums Ky Faraiz Hone Ka Bayan

حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلَانَ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنِي أَبِي ، عَنْ أَسْمَاءَ بِنْتِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا ، قَالَتْ : كُنْتُ أَنْقُلُ النَّوَى مِنْ أَرْضِ الزُّبَيْرِ الَّتِي أَقْطَعَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى رَأْسِي وَهِيَ مِنِّي عَلَى ثُلُثَيْ فَرْسَخٍ ، وَقَالَ : أَبُو ضَمْرَةَ ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : أَقْطَعَ الزُّبَيْرَ أَرْضًا مِنْ أَمْوَالِ بَنِي النَّضِيرِ .

Urdu Translation

ہم سے محمود بن غیلان نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے ابواسامہ نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے ہشام نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ مجھے میرے والد نے خبر دی، ان سے اسماء بنت ابی بکر رضی اللہ عنہما نے بیان کیا کہ   نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے زبیر رضی اللہ عنہ کو جو زمین عنایت فرمائی تھی، میں اس میں سے گٹھلیاں ( سوکھی کھجوریں ) اپنے سر پر لایا کرتی تھی۔ وہ جگہ میرے گھر سے دو میل فرسخ کی دو تہائی پر تھی۔ ابوضمرہ نے ہشام سے بیان کیا اور انہوں نے اپنے باپ سے ( مرسلاً ) بیان کیا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے زبیر رضی اللہ عنہ کو بنی نضیر کی اراضی میں سے ایک زمین قطعہ کے طور پر دی تھی۔

English Translation

Narrated Asma bint Abu Bakr: I used to carry the date stones on my head from the land of Az-Zubair which Allah's Apostle had given to him, and it was at a distance of 2/3 of a Farsakh from my house. Narrated Hisham's father: The Prophet gave Az-Zubair a piece of land from the property of Bani An- Nadir (gained as war booty).
