حَدَّثَنَا قَبِيصَةُ بْنُ عُقْبَةَ , حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ , عَنْ عَاصِمٍ , عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا , قَالَ : آخِرُ آيَةٍ نَزَلَتْ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ آيَةُ الرِّبَا .

Urdu Translation

ہم سے قبیصہ بن عقبہ نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے سفیان ثوری نے بیان کیا، ان سے عاصم بن سلیمان نے، ان سے شعبی نے اور ان سے ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما نے بیان کیا کہ   آخری آیت جو نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم پر نازل ہوئی وہ سود کی آیت تھی۔

English Translation

Narrated Ibn `Abbas: The last Verse (in the Qur'an) revealed to the Prophet was the Verse dealing with usury (i.e. Riba).
