Baab Nikah Ke Masail Ka Bayan

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مِنْهَالٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْعَسْقَلَانِيُّ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : ذَكَرُوا الشُّؤْمَ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : إِنْ كَانَ الشُّؤْمُ فِي شَيْءٍ ، فَفِي الدَّارِ وَالْمَرْأَةِ وَالْفَرَسِ .

Urdu Translation

ہم سے محمد بن منہال نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا ہم سے یزید بن زریع نے بیان کیا، ان سے عمر بن محمد عسقلانی نے بیان کیا، ان سے ان کے والد اور ان سے عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے بیان کیا کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے سامنے نحوست کا ذکر کیا گیا تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ اگر نحوست کسی چیز میں ہو تو گھر، عورت اور گھوڑے میں ہو سکتی ہے۔

English Translation

Narrated Ibn `Umar: Evil omen was mentioned before the Prophet: The Prophet said, If there is evil omen in anything, it is in the house, the woman and the horse.
