Baab Nikah Ke Masail Ka Bayan

حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَوْضِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : لَأُحَدِّثَنَّكُمْ حَدِيثًا سَمِعْتُهُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا يُحَدِّثُكُمْ بِهِ أَحَدٌ غَيْرِي ، سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، يَقُولُ : إِنَّ مِنْ أَشْرَاطِ السَّاعَةِ : أَنْ يُرْفَعَ الْعِلْمُ وَيَكْثُرَ الْجَهْلُ ، وَيَكْثُرَ الزِّنَا ، وَيَكْثُرَ شُرْبُ الْخَمْرِ ، وَيَقِلَّ الرِّجَالُ وَيَكْثُرَ النِّسَاءُ ، حَتَّى يَكُونَ لِخَمْسِينَ امْرَأَةً الْقَيِّمُ الْوَاحِدُ .

Urdu Translation

ہم سے حفص بن عمر حوضی نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے ہشام بن عروہ نے بیان کیا، ان سے قتادہ نے اور ان سے انس رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ   میں تم سے وہ حدیث بیان کروں گا جو میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے سنی ہے، میرے سوا یہ حدیث تم سے کوئی اور نہیں بیان کرنے والا ہے۔ میں نے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے سنا، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم فرما رہے تھے کہ قیامت کی نشانیوں میں سے یہ بھی ہے کہ قرآن و حدیث کا علم اٹھا لیا جائے گا اور جہالت بڑھ جائے گی۔ زنا کی کثرت ہو جائے گی اور شراب لوگ زیادہ پینے لگیں گے۔ مرد کم ہو جائیں گے اور عورتوں کی تعداد زیادہ ہو جائے گی۔ حالت یہ ہو جائے گی کہ پچاس پچاس عورتوں کا سنبھالنے والا ( خبر گیر ) ایک مرد ہو گا۔

English Translation

Narrated Anas: I will narrate to you a Habith I heard from Allah's Apostle and none other than I will tell you of it. I heard Allah's Apostle saying, From among the portents of the Hour are the following: Religious knowledge will be taken away; General ignorance (in religious matters) will increase; illegal Sexual intercourse will prevail: Drinking of alcoholic drinks will prevail. Men will decrease in number, and women will increase in number, so much so that fifty women will be looked after by one man.
