Baab Talaq Ke Masail Ka Bayan

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ الْوَاسِطِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّاءِ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، أَنَّ أُخْتَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أُبَيٍّ بِهَذَا ، وَقَالَ : تَرُدِّينَ حَدِيقَتَهُ ؟ قَالَتْ : نَعَمْ ، فَرَدَّتْهَا ، وَأَمَرَهُ يُطَلِّقْهَا . وَقَالَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ طَهْمَانَ ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : وَطَلِّقْهَا .

Urdu Translation

ہم سے اسحاق واسطی نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے خالد طحان نے بیان کیا، ان سے خالد حذاء نے، ان سے عکرمہ نے کہ عبداللہ بن ابی (منافق) کی بہن جمیلہ رضی اللہ عنہا (جو ابی کی بیٹی تھی) نے یہ بیان کیا   اور رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ان سے دریافت فرمایا تھا کہ کیا تم ان ( ثابت رضی اللہ عنہ ) کا باغ واپس کر دو گی؟ انہوں نے عرض کیا ہاں کر دوں گی۔ چنانچہ انہوں نے باغ واپس کر دیا اور انہوں نے ان کے شوہر کو حکم دیا کہ انہیں طلاق دے دیں۔ اور ابراہیم بن طہمان نے بیان کیا کہ ان سے خالد نے، ان سے عکرمہ نے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے اور ( اس روایت میں بیان کیا کہ ) ان کے شوہر ( ثابت رضی اللہ عنہ ) نے انہیں طلاق دے دی۔

English Translation

Narrated `Ikrima: The sister of `Abdullah bin Ubai narrated (the above narration, 197) with the addition that the Prophet said to Thabit's wife, Will you return his garden? She said, Yes, and returned it, and (then) the Prophet ordered Thabit to divorce her.
