Narrated Abu Mas`ud: The Prophet forbade the utilization of the price of a dog, the earnings of prostitute and the earnings of a foreteller.

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ ، عَنْ أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ ، قَالَ : نَهَى النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ ثَمَنِ الْكَلْبِ ، وَمَهْرِ الْبَغِيِّ ، وَحُلْوَانِ الْكَاهِنِ .

ہم سے عبداللہ بن محمد مسندی نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے سفیان ابن عیینہ نے بیان کیا، ان سے زہری نے، ان سے ابوبکر بن عبدالرحمٰن بن حارث نے اور ان سے ابومسعود رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہ   نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے کتے کی قیمت، زنا کی اجرت اور کاہن کی کہانت کی وجہ سے ملنے والے ہدیہ سے منع فرمایا ہے۔
