Baab Un Kuffar O Murtadon Ke Ehkaam Main Ju Musalmano Se Lerte Hain

حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا ، قَالَ : لَعَنَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْمُخَنَّثِينَ مِنَ الرِّجَالِ ، وَالْمُتَرَجِّلَاتِ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ ، وَقَالَ : أَخْرِجُوهُمْ مِنْ بُيُوتِكُمْ ، وَأَخْرَجَ فُلَانًا ، وَأَخْرَجَ عُمَرُ ، فُلَانًا .

Urdu Translation

ہم سے مسلم بن ابراہیم نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے ہشام دستوائی نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے یحییٰ بن ابی کثیر نے بیان کیا، ان سے عکرمہ نے اور ان سے ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما نے بیان کیا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ان مردوں پر لعنت کی ہے جو مخنث بنتے ہیں اور ان عورتوں پر لعنت کی ہے جو مرد بنیں اور آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ انہیں اپنے گھروں سے نکال دو۔ اور نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فلاں کو گھر سے نکالا تھا اور عمر رضی اللہ عنہ نے فلاں کو نکالا تھا۔

English Translation

Narrated Ibn `Abbas: The Prophet cursed the effeminate men and those women who assume the similitude (manners) of men. He also said, Turn them out of your houses. He turned such-and-such person out, and `Umar also turned out such-and-such person.
