حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ سَهْمٍ الْأَنْطَاكِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ الْفَزَارِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ، عَنْ مُحَارِبِ بْنِ دِثَارٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ يَزِيدَ، يَقُولُ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ، حَدَّثَنَا الْبَرَاءُ: أَنَّهُمْ كَانُوا يُصَلُّونَ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَإِذَا رَكَعَ رَكَعُوا، وَإِذَا رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ مِنَ الرُّكُوعِ فَقَالَ: سَمِعَ اللهُ لِمَنْ حَمِدَهُ لَمْ نَزَلْ قِيَامًا، حَتَّى نَرَاهُ قَدْ وَضَعَ وَجْهَهُ فِي الْأَرْضِ ثُمَّ نَتَّبِعُهُ

Urdu Translation

  محارب بن دثار نے کہا کہ میں نے عبد اللہ بن یزید کو منبر پر بیان کرتے ہوئے سنا ، وہ کہہ رہے تھے : براء ‌رضی ‌اللہ ‌عنہ ‌ ‌ نے ہمیں بتایا کہ وہ لوگ ( صحابہ کرام ) رسول اللہﷺ کے ساتھ نماز پڑھتے تھے ، جب آپ رکوع میں چلے جاتے تو وہ رکوع کرتے اور جب آپ اپنا سر رکوع سے اٹھاتے تو آپ سمع الله لمن حمده کہتے ، ہم کھڑے رہتے یہاں تک کہ ہم آپ کو دیکھتے کہ آپ نے اپنا چہرہ مبارک زمین پر رکھ دیا ہے ، پھر ہم آپ کی پیروی کرتے ( سجدے میں جاتے ۔ )

English Translation

Al-Bara' reported: They (the Companions) said prayer with the Messenger of Allah ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ), and they bowed when he (the Holy Prophet) bowed. and when he raised his head after bowing, he pronounced: Allah listened to him who praised Him, and we kept standing till we saw him placing his face on the ground and then we followed him.
