A'isha reported that the Messenger of Allah (may peace he upon him) used to pronounce while bowing and prostrating himself: All Glorious, All Holy, Lord of the Angels and the Spirit.

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ الْعَبْدِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الشِّخِّيرِ، أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ نَبَّأَتْهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَقُولُ: «فِي رُكُوعِهِ وَسُجُودِهِ سُبُّوحٌ قُدُّوسٌ، رَبُّ الْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالرُّوحِ

  سعید بن ابی عروبہ نے قتادہ سے اور انہوں نے مطرف بن عبد اللہ بن شخیر سے روایت کی کہ حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے انہیں خبر دی کہ رسول اللہﷺ اپنے رکوع اور سجدے میں ( یہ کلمات ) کہتے تھے : ’’نہایت پاک ہے ، مقدس ہے فرشتوں اور روح ( جبریل ‌علیہ ‌السلام ‌ ) کا پروردگار ۔ ‘ ‘
