Baab Masjid Aur Namaz Ki Jagahain

وَحَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ يُونُسَ، حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْأَحْوَصِ، سَمِعَهُ مِنْهُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ لِقَوْمٍ يَتَخَلَّفُونَ عَنِ الْجُمُعَةِ: «لَقَدْ هَمَمْتُ أَنْ آمُرَ رَجُلًا يُصَلِّي بِالنَّاسِ، ثُمَّ أُحَرِّقَ عَلَى رِجَالٍ يَتَخَلَّفُونَ عَنِ الْجُمُعَةِ بُيُوتَهُمْ»

Urdu Translation

  حضرت عبداللہ بن مسعود ‌رضی ‌اللہ ‌عنہ ‌ ‌ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ان لوگوں سے جو جمعے سے پیچھے رہ جاتے ہیں ، فرمایا : ’’میں نے ارادہ کیا کہ کسی آدمی کو حکم دو ں وہ لوگوں کو نماز پڑھائے ، پھر ان لوگوں کے گھروں کو ان پر ( اس سمیت ) جلادوں جو جمعے سے پیچھے رہتے ہیں

English Translation

Abdullah reported Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) as saying about people who are absent from Jumu'a prayer: I intend that I should command a person to lead people in prayer, and then burn those persons who absent themselves from Jumu'a prayer in their houses.
