Jabir said he heard Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) say: There is an hour during the night in which no Muslim individual will ask Allah for good in this world and the next without His giving it to him; and that applies to every night.

و حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ إِنَّ فِي اللَّيْلِ لَسَاعَةً لَا يُوَافِقُهَا رَجُلٌ مُسْلِمٌ يَسْأَلُ اللَّهَ خَيْرًا مِنْ أَمْرِ الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ إِلَّا أَعْطَاهُ إِيَّاهُ وَذَلِكَ كُلَّ لَيْلَةٍ

  ابو سفیان سے روایت ہے ، انھوں نے حضرت جابر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت کی ، انھوں نے کہا : میں نے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے سنا ، آپ فرماتے تھے : " رات میں ایک گھڑی ایسی ہے ۔ جو مسلمان بندہ بھی اس کو پالیتا ہے ۔ اس میں وہ دنیا وآخرت کی کسی بھی خیر اور بھلائی کا سوال کرتا ہےتو اللہ اسے وہ ( بھلائی ) ضرور عطا فرمادیتا ہے ۔ اور یہ گھڑی ہر رات میں ہوتی ہے ۔ "
