حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا سَلَمَةَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سُئِلَ أَيُّ الْعَمَلِ أَحَبُّ إِلَى اللَّهِ قَالَ أَدْوَمُهُ وَإِنْ قَلَّ

Urdu Translation

  سعد بن ابرا ہیم سے روایت ہے کہ انھوں نے ابو سلمہ سے سنا ، وہ حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا سے حدیث بیان کرتے تھے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے پوچھا گیا : اللہ تعا لیٰ کو کو ن سا عمل زیادہ پسند ہے؟ آپ نے فر ما یا : " جسے ہمیشہ کیا جا ئے اگر چہ کم ہو ۔

English Translation

A'isha is reported to have said that the Messenger of Allah ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) was asked about the act most pleasing to Allah. He replied: That which is done continuously, even if it is small.
