حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الْغُبَرِيُّ جَمِيعًا عَنْ أَبِي عَوَانَةَ قَالَ ابْنُ عُبَيْدٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ بْنِ أَوْفَى عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْمَاهِرُ بِالْقُرْآنِ مَعَ السَّفَرَةِ الْكِرَامِ الْبَرَرَةِ وَالَّذِي يَقْرَأُ الْقُرْآنَ وَيَتَتَعْتَعُ فِيهِ وَهُوَ عَلَيْهِ شَاقٌّ لَهُ أَجْرَانِ

Urdu Translation

  ابو عوانہ نے قتادہؒ سے روایت کی ، انھوں نے زراہ بن اوفیٰ ( عامری ) سے ، انھوں نےسعد بن ہشام سے اور انھوں نے حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا سے روایت کی ، انھوں نے کہا : رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا : " قرآن مجید کا مہر قرآن لکھنے والے انتہائی معزز اور اللہ تعالیٰ کے فرمانبردار فرشتوں کے ساتھ ہوگا اور جو انسان قرآن مجیدپڑھتاہے اور ہکلاتا ہے ۔ اور وہ ( پڑھنا ) اس کے لئے مشقت کا باعث ہے ، اس کے لئے دو اجر ہیں ۔ "

English Translation

A'isha reported Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) (as saying): One who is proficient in the Qur'an is associated with the noble, upright, recording angels; and he who falters in it, and finds it difficult for him, will have a double reward.
