حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى حَدَّثَنَا سَالِمُ بْنُ نُوحٍ أَخْبَرَنَا الْجُرَيْرِيُّ عَنْ حَيَّانَ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ قَالَ بَيْنَمَا أَنَا أَتَرَمَّى بِأَسْهُمٍ لِي عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذْ خَسَفَتْ الشَّمْسُ ثُمَّ ذَكَرَ نَحْوَ حَدِيثِهِمَا

Urdu Translation

  سالم بن نوح نے کہا : ہمیں جریری نے حیان بن عمیر سے خبر دی اور انھوں نے عبدالرحمان بن سمرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت کی ، انھوں نے کہا : ایک دفعہ میں رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے زمانے میں باہر نکل کر اپنے تیروں سے نشانہ بازی کی مشق کررہا تھا کہ سورج گرہن ہوگیا ، پھر ( سالم بن نوح نے ) ان دونوں ( بشر اور عبدالاعلیٰ ) کی حدیث کی طرح بیان کیا ۔

English Translation

Abd al-Rahman b. Samura reported: I was shooting some of my arrows during the lifetime of the Messenger of Allah ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) that the sun eclipsed. The rest of the hadith is the same.
