و حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى التَّمِيمِيُّ قَالَ قَرَأْتُ عَلَى مَالِكٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ عِرَاكِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَيْسَ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِ فِي عَبْدِهِ وَلَا فَرَسِهِ صَدَقَةٌ

Urdu Translation

  عبد اللہ بن دینا ر نے سلیمان بن یسارسے انھوں نے عراک بن مالک سے اور انھوں نے حضرت ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت کی کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فر ما یا : " مسلمان کے ذمے نہ اس کے غلام میں صدقہ ( زکاۃ ) ہے اور نہ اس کے گھوڑے میں ۔

English Translation

Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messsenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) as saying: No Sadaqa is due from a Muslim on his slave or horse.
