Baab Zakat Ke Ehkaam O Masail

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَعَمْرٌو النَّاقِدُ، وَإِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ يَحْيَى: أَخْبَرَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ أَبِي أَوْفَى، ح وحَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ، - وَاللَّفْظُ لَهُ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو وَهُوَ ابْنُ مُرَّةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَبِي أَوْفَى، قَالَ: كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، إِذَا أَتَاهُ قَوْمٌ بِصَدَقَتِهِمْ، قَالَ: «اللهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَيْهِمْ» فَأَتَاهُ أَبِي، أَبُو أَوْفَى بِصَدَقَتِهِ، فَقَالَ: «اللهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى آلِ أَبِي أَوْفَى»

Urdu Translation

وکیع اور معاذ عنبری نے شعبہ سے اور انھوں نے عمرو بن مرہ سے روایت کی انھوں نے کہا حضرت عبد اللہ بن ابی اوفیٰ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ نے ہمیں حدیث بیان کی انھوں نے کہا : رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس جب لو گ ( بیت المال میں ادائیگی کے لیے ) اپنا صدقہ لا تے آپ فر ما تے اے اللہ !ال پر صلا ۃ بھیج ( رحمت فر ما ! ) میرے والد ابو اوفیٰ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ بھی آپ کے پا س اپنا صدقہ لائے تو آپ نے فر ما یا : " اے اللہ !ابو اوفیٰ کی آل پر رحمت نا زل فر ما ۔

English Translation

Abdullah b. Abu Aufa said that it was the common practice of the Messenger of Allah ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) that when the people brought to him sadaqa he blessed them: O Allah, bless them. So when Abu Aufa brought to him Sadaqa he (the Holy Prophet) said: O Allah, bless, the posterity of Abu Aufa.
