وحَدَّثَنَاه مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، ح وحَدَّثَنِي الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ، عَنْ شَيْبَانَ، جَمِيعًا عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَوْهَبٍ، بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ فِي رِوَايَةِ شَيْبَانَ، فَقَالَ: رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ «أَمِنْكُمْ أَحَدٌ أَمَرَهُ أَنْ يَحْمِلَ عَلَيْهَا أَوْ أَشَارَ إِلَيْهَا؟» وَفِي رِوَايَةِ شُعْبَةَ قَالَ: «أَشَرْتُمْ أَوْ أَعَنْتُمْ أَوْ أَصَدْتُمْ؟» قَالَ شُعْبَةُ: لَا أَدْرِي، قَالَ: «أَعَنْتُمْ» أَوْ «أَصَدْتُمْ»

Urdu Translation

  شعبہ اور شیبان دو نوں نے عثمان بن عبد اللہ بن مو ہب سے اسی سند کے ساتھ روایت کی ۔ شیبان کی روایت میں ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فر ما یا : "" کیا تم میں سے کسی نے ان سے کہا تھا کہ وہ اس پر حملہ کریں یا اس کی طرف اشارہ کیا تھا ؟ شعبہ کی روایت میں ہے کہ ( آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ) فر ما یا : کیا تم لوگوں نے اشارہ کیا یا مدد کی شکار کرا یا ؟ شعبہ نے کہا : میں نہیں جا نتا کہ آپ نے کہا : تم لوگوں نے مدد کی "" یا کہا : "" تم لو گوں نے شکار کرا یا ۔

English Translation

This hadith is narrated'on the authority of 'Uthman b. 'Abdullah b. Mauhab with the same chain of transmitters. And in the narration transmitted on the authority of Shaiban (the words are): The Messenoer of Allah ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) said: Did any one of you command him to attack it or point towards it? And in the narration transmitted by Shu'ba (the words are): Did you point out or did you help or did you hunt? Shu'ba said: I do not know whether he said: Did you help or did you hunt?
