Salim reported on the authority of his father (Allah be pleased with them) that the Messenger of Allah ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) said: Five are the (beasts) which if one kills them in the precincts of the Ka'ba or in the state of lhram entail no sin: rat, scorpion, crow, kite and voracious dog. In another version the words are: as a Muhrim and in the state of lhram

وحَدَّثَنِي زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، وَابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ، جَمِيعًا عَنِ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ، قَالَ زُهَيْرٌ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: خَمْسٌ لَا جُنَاحَ عَلَى مَنْ قَتَلَهُنَّ فِي الْحَرَمِ وَالْإِحْرَامِ: الْفَأْرَةُ، وَالْعَقْرَبُ، وَالْغُرَابُ، وَالْحِدَأَةُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ وقَالَ ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ فِي رِوَايَتِهِ: «فِي الْحُرُمِ وَالْإِحْرَامِ»

  زہیر بن حرب اور ابن ابی عمر نے سفیان بن عیینہ سے انھوں نے زہری سے انھوں نے سالم سے انھوں نے اپنے والد ( ابن عمر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ ) سے اور انھوں نے نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے روایت کی ، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فر ما یا : "" پانچ ( موذی جا نور ) ہیں جو انھیں حرم میں اور احرا م کی حالت میں مار دے اس پر کو ئی گناہ نہیں ۔ چو ہا ، بچھو ، کوا چیل اور کا ٹنے والا کتا ۔ ابن ابی عمر نے اپنی روایت میں کہا : حرمت والے مقامات میں اور احرا م کی حا لت میں ۔
