Baab Hajj Ke Ehkaam O Masail

حَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا حَبِيبُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ هَرِمٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، وَعِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا، أَنَّ ضُبَاعَةَ أَرَادَتِ الْحَجَّ: «فَأَمَرَهَا النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ تَشْتَرِطَ، فَفَعَلَتْ ذَلِكَ عَنْ أَمْرِ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ»

Urdu Translation

  عمرو بن ہرم نے سعید بن جبیر اور عکرمہ سے انھوں نے حضرت ابن عباس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت کی ضباعہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا نے حج کرنا چا ہا تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے انھیں حکم دیا کہ وہ شرط لگا لیں انھوں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے حکم پر ایسا ہی کیا ۔

English Translation

Ibn `Abbas (Allah be pleased with him) reported that Duba`a intended to perform Hajj, and the Messenger of Allah ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) commanded her (to enter into the state of Ihram) with condition. She did it in compliance with the command of Allah's Apostle ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ).
