Baab Hajj Ke Ehkaam O Masail

وحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبَّادٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَاتِمٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُقْبَةَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ: «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ إِذَا طَافَ فِي الْحَجِّ وَالْعُمْرَةِ، أَوَّلَ مَا يَقْدَمُ، فَإِنَّهُ يَسْعَى ثَلَاثَةَ أَطْوَافٍ بِالْبَيْتِ، ثُمَّ يَمْشِي أَرْبَعَةً، ثُمَّ يُصَلِّي سَجْدَتَيْنِ، ثُمَّ يَطُوفُ بَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ»

Urdu Translation

  موسیٰ بن عقبہ نے نافع سے انھوں نے حضرت ابن عمر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت کی کہ اللہ کےرسول صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم آنے ( قدوم ) کے بعد سب سے پہلے حج و عمرے کا جو طواف کرتے اس میں آپ بیت اللہ کے تین چکر وں میں تیز رفتا ری سے چلتے پھر ( باقی ) چا ر میں ( عام رفتا ر سے ) چلتے ، پھر اس کے بعد دو رکعتیں ادا کرتے اور اس کے بعد صفا مروہ کے درمیان طواف کرتے ۔

English Translation

Ibn'Umar (Allah be pleased with them) reported that when Allah's messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) circumambulated in Hajj and Umra he walked swiftly in the first three circuit about the House, and then walked in four circuits, and then observed two rak'ahs of prayer, and then ran between al-Safa and al-Marwa.
