حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ، وَقُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، وَابْنُ حُجْرٍ، قَالُوا: حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، ح وحَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، - وَاللَّفْظُ لَهُ - قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي حَرْمَلَةَ، عَنْ كُرَيْبٍ، مَوْلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، قَالَ: «رَدِفْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ عَرَفَاتٍ، فَلَمَّا بَلَغَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الشِّعْبَ الْأَيْسَرَ، الَّذِي دُونَ الْمُزْدَلِفَةِ أَنَاخَ فَبَالَ، ثُمَّ جَاءَ فَصَبَبْتُ عَلَيْهِ الْوَضُوءَ، فَتَوَضَّأَ وُضُوءًا خَفِيفًا»، ثُمَّ قُلْتُ: الصَّلَاةَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، فَقَالَ: «الصَّلَاةُ أَمَامَكَ فَرَكِبَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، حَتَّى أَتَى الْمُزْدَلِفَةَ، فَصَلَّى، ثُمَّ رَدِفَ الْفَضْلُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ غَدَاةَ جَمْعٍ»

Urdu Translation

  ابن عباس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ کے آزاد کردہ غلام کریب نے حضرت اسامہ بن زید رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت کی کہا : عرفات سے ( واپسی کے وقت ) میں رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ ( اونٹنی پر ) سوار ہوا ، جب رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم دائیں طرف والی اس گھاٹی پر پہنچے جو مزدلفہ سے ذرا پہلے ہے آپ نے اپنا اونٹ بٹھا یا پیشاب سے فارغ ہو ئے پھر ( واپس ) تشریف لا ئے تو میں نے آپ ( کے ہاتھوں ) پر وضو کا پا نی ڈا لا ۔ آپ نے ہلکا وضو کیا پھر میں نے عرض کی : اے اللہ کے رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم !نماز؟ آپ نے فر ما یا : "" نماز آگے ( مزدلفہ میں ) ہے ۔ اس کے بعد رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سوار ہو ئے حتیٰ کہ مزدلفہ تشریف لائے اور نماز ادا کی پھر ( اگلے دن ) مزدلفہ کی صبح حضرت فضل ( بن عباس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ ) رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ اونٹنی پر سوار ہو ئے ۔ کریب نے کہا : مجھے عبد اللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ نے فضل رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت کرتے ہو ئے خبر دی کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم جمرہ ( عقبہ ) پہنچنے تک تلبیہ پکارتے رہے ۔

English Translation

Usama b. Zaid (Allah be pleased with him) reported: I was sitting behind Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) on the riding animal from 'Arafat. As Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) reached the left side of the mountain which was situated near Muzdalifa, he made the camel kneel down and made water and then came back. I poured water and he, performed light ablution. I then said: Messenger of Allah, it is time for prayer. Thereupon Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) said: The prayer awaits you (at the next station, Muzdalifa). Allah's Messenger (may peaced be upon him) rode on until he came to Muzdalifa and observed prayer. Then al-Fadl (Allah be pleased with him) sat behind Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) and reached (Muzdalifa) in the morning. Kuraib said: 'Abdullah b. 'Abbas (Allah be pleased with them) narrated from al-Fadl (Allah be pleased with him) that Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) continued pronouncing Talbiya until he reached al-Jamara (al-'Aqaba).
