حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الطَّاهِرِ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ، عَنْ مَخْرَمَةَ، ح وحَدَّثَنِي هَارُونُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْأَيْلِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي مَخْرَمَةُ بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ نَافِعًا، مَوْلَى ابْنِ عُمَرَ، يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ أَبِي قُحَافَةَ، يُحَدِّثُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: لَوْلَا أَنَّ قَوْمَكِ حَدِيثُو عَهْدٍ بِجَاهِلِيَّةٍ - أَوْ قَالَ: بِكُفْرٍ - لَأَنْفَقْتُ كَنْزَ الْكَعْبَةِ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ، وَلَجَعَلْتُ بَابَهَا بِالْأَرْضِ، وَلَأَدْخَلْتُ فِيهَا مِنَ الْحِجْرِ

Urdu Translation

  ابن عمر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ کے آزاد کردہ غلام نافع کہتے ہیں میں نے عبد اللہ بن ابی بکر ابی قحانہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے سنا وہ عبد اللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ کو نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی زوجہ حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا سے حدیث سنارہے تھے انھوں ( عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا ) نے کہا میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے سنا آپ نے فر ما یا : " اگر تمھا ری قوم جاہلیت ۔ ۔ ۔ یا فر ما یا زمانہ کفر ۔ ۔ ۔ سے ابھی ابھی نہ نکلی ہو تی تو میں ضرورکعبہ کے خزانے اللہ کی را ہ میں خرچ کر دیتا اس کا دروازہ زمین کے برابر کر دیتا اور حجر ( حطیم ) کو کعبہ میں شامل کر دیتا ۔

English Translation

A'isha (Allah be pleased with her), wife of Allah's Apostle ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ), heard Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) as saying: If your people, had not been recent converts to Islam, I would have spent the treasure of the Ka'ba in the way of Allah and would have constructed its door just on the level of the ground and would have encompassed in it the space of Hijr.
