وحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، وَإِسْحَاقُ الْحَنْظَلِيُّ، جَمِيعًا عَنِ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ، قَالَ ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الشَّعْثَاءِ، أَنَّ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ، أَخْبَرَهُ «أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَزَوَّجَ مَيْمُونَةَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ»، زَادَ ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، فَحَدَّثْتُ بِهِ الزُّهْرِيَّ، فَقَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي يَزِيدُ بْنُ الْأَصَمِّ، أَنَّهُ نَكَحَهَا وَهُوَ حَلَالٌ

Urdu Translation

  ابوبکر بن ابی شیبہ ، ابن نمیر اور اسحاق حنظلی سب نے سفیان بن عیینہ سے حدیث بیان کی ، انہوں نے عمرو بن دینار سے ، انہوں نے ابوشعثاء سے روایت کی کہ حضرت ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہ نے انہیں خبر دی کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے حضرت میمونہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے نکاح کیا تو آپ احرام میں تھے ۔ ابن نمیر نے یہ اضافہ کیا : میں نے یہ حدیث زہری کو سنائی تو انہوں نے کہا : مجھے یزید بن اصم نے خبر دی کہ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ان ( حضرت میمونہ رضی اللہ عنہا ) سے اس حالت میں نکاح کیا جبکہ آپ احرام کے بغیر تھے

English Translation

Ibn Abbas (Allah be pleased with them) reported that Allah's Apostle ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) married Maimuna in the state of Ihram. Ibn Numair made this addition: I narrated it to Zuhri and he said: Yazid b. al-Asamm (Allah be pleased with him) told me that he (the Holy Prophet) married her when he was not a muhrim.
