حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ رِفَاعَةَ الْقُرَظِيَّ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ، فَتَزَوَّجَهَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الزَّبِيرِ، فَجَاءَتِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَتْ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، إِنَّ رِفَاعَةَ طَلَّقَهَا آخِرَ ثَلَاثِ تَطْلِيقَاتٍ، بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِ يُونُسَ

Urdu Translation

  معمر نے ہمیں زہری سے خبر دی ، انہوں نے عروہ سے اور انہوں نے حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے روایت کی کہ رفاعہ قرظی نے اپنی بیوی کو طلاق دے دی تو عبدالرحمٰن بن زبیر نے اس عورت سے نکاح کر لیا ۔ وہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوئی اور کہنے لگی : اللہ کے رسول ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) ! رفاعہ نے اسے تین طلاقوں میں سے آخری طلاق بھی دے دی ہے ۔ ۔ جس طرح یونس کی حدیث ہے

English Translation

`A'isha (Allah be pleased with her) reported that Rifa`a al Qurazi divorced his wife and afterwards `Abd al-Rahman b. al-Zubair married her. She came to Allah's Apostle ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) and said: Messenger of Allah, Rifa`a has divorced me by three pronouncements. (The rest of the hadith is the same.)
