وحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، وَابْنُ بَشَّارٍ، قَالُوا: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْخَلِيلِ، أَنَّ أَبَا عَلْقَمَةَ الْهَاشِمِيَّ، حَدَّثَ، أَنَّ أَبَا سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيَّ، حَدَّثَهُمْ، أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَعَثَ يَوْمَ حُنَيْنٍ سَرِيَّةً، بِمَعْنَى حَدِيثِ يَزِيدَ بْنِ زُرَيْعٍ، غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: إِلَّا مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ مِنْهُنَّ فَحَلَالٌ لَكُمْ، وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ إِذَا انْقَضَتْ عِدَّتُهُنَّ،

Urdu Translation

  عبدالاعلی نے ہمیں سعید سے حدیث بیان کی ، انہوں نے قتادہ سے ، انہوں نے ابوخلیل سے روایت کی کہ ابوعلقمہ ہاشمی نے حدیث بیان کی ، انہیں حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ نے حدیث بیان کی کہ اللہ کے نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے حنین کے دن ایک سریہ بھیجا ۔ ۔ ۔ ( آگے ) یزید بن زریع کی حدیث کے ہم معنی ہے لیکن انہوں نے کہا : سوائے ان ( لونڈیوں ) کے جن کے مالک تمہارے دائیں ہاتھ ہوں ، وہ تمہارے لیے حلال ہیں ۔ اور انہوں نے " جب ان کی عدت پوری ہو جائے " کے الفاظ ذکر نہیں کیے ۔ ( اس سریہ میں جو کنیزیں ہاتھ آئیں یہ واقعہ ان کے بارے میں ہے

English Translation

Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (Allah be pleased with him) reported that Allah's Apostle ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) sent a small army. The rest of the hadith is the same except this that he said: Except what your right hands possess out of them are lawful for you; and he did not mention when their 'idda period comes to an end .
