حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْحُلْوَانِيُّ، وَعَبْدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ، جَمِيعًا عَنْ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، عَنْ صَالِح، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، أَنَّ أَبَا سَلَمَةَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ، أَخْبَرَهُ، أَنَّ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتَ قَيْسٍ، أَخْبَرَتْهُ أَنَّهَا كَانَتْ تَحْتَ أَبِي عَمْرِو بْنِ حَفْصِ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ، فَطَلَّقَهَا آخِرَ ثَلَاثِ تَطْلِيقَاتٍ، فَزَعَمَتْ أَنَّهَا جَاءَتْ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَسْتَفْتِيهِ فِي خُرُوجِهَا مِنْ بَيْتِهَا، «فَأَمَرَهَا أَنْ تَنْتَقِلَ إِلَى ابْنِ أُمِّ مَكْتُومٍ الْأَعْمَى»، «فَأَبَى مَرْوَانُ أَنْ يُصَدِّقَهُ فِي خُرُوجِ الْمُطَلَّقَةِ مِنْ بَيْتِهَا»، وقَالَ عُرْوَةُ: إِنَّ عَائِشَةَ أَنْكَرَتْ ذَلِكَ عَلَى فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ قَيْسٍ

Urdu Translation

  صالح نے ابن شہاب سے روایت کی ، ابوسلمہ بن عبدالرحمٰن بن عوف نے انہیں خبر دی کہ فاطمہ بنت قیس رضی اللہ عنہا نے انہیں بتایا کہ وہ ابو عمرو بن حفص بن مغیرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کی بیوی تھیں ، انہوں نے اسے تینوں طلاقوں میں سے آخری طلاق بھی دے دی ، ان کا خیال تھا کہ وہ اپنے گھر سے باہر نکلنے کے بارے میں فتویٰ پوچھنے کے لیے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوئیں ، تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے انہیں حکم دیا کہ نابینا ( صحابی ) ابن ام مکتوم رضی اللہ عنہ کے گھر منتقل ہو جائیں ۔ مروان نے ( جب وہ مدینے کا عامل تھا ) اس بات سے انکار کر دیا کہ وہ مطلقہ عورت کے اپنے گھر سے نکلنے کے بارے میں ان کی ( بات کی ) تصدیق کرے ۔ اور عروہ نے کہا : حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے بھی فاطمہ بنت قیس رضی اللہ عنہا کے سامنے اس بات کو قبول کرنے سے انکار کر دیا

English Translation

Fatima bint Qais (Allah be pleased with her) reported that she had been married to Abu 'Amr b. Hafs b. al-Mughira and he divorced her with three pronouncements. She stated that she went to Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) asking him about abandoning that house. He commanded her to move to the house of Ibn Umm Maktum, the blind. Marwan refused to testify the divorced woman abandoning her house (before the 'Idda was over). 'Urwa said that 'A'isha objected to (the words of) Fatima bint Qais.
