حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ هَمَّامِ بْنِ مُنَبِّهٍ، قَالَ: هَذَا مَا حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَذَكَرَ أَحَادِيثَ مِنْهَا، وَقَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِذَا مَا أَحَدُكُمُ اشْتَرَى لِقْحَةً مُصَرَّاةً - أَوْ شَاةً مُصَرَّاةً - فَهُوَ بِخَيْرِ النَّظَرَيْنِ بَعْدَ أَنْ يَحْلُبَهَا، إِمَّا هِيَ، وَإِلَّا فَلْيَرُدَّهَا وَصَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ

Urdu Translation

  ہمام بن منبہ سے روایت ہے ، انہوں نے کہا : یہ احادیث ہیں جو ہمیں حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے بیان کیں ، اس کے بعد انہوں نے کئی احادیث بیان کیں ، ان میں سے ایک یہ تھی : رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا : " جب تم میں سے کوئی دودھ روکی گئی اونٹنی یا بھیڑ ( یا بکری ) خرید لے تو اسے اس کا دودھ نکالنے کے بعد دو باتوں کا اختیار ہے یا تو وہ ( جانور ) لے لے ورنہ کھجور کے ایک صاع سمیت اسے واپس کر دے

English Translation

Hammam b. Munabbih said: Out of the ahadith which Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported to us from Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) one is this that Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) said: If one among you buys a she-camel having its udder tied up he has the two options for him after milking it either (to retain it) or return it with a sa' of dates
